The official conference hotel is the Phoenix Inn with a group rate of $109 per night. Make your reservation online, or call the hotel and mention IALLT.  The IALLT block of rooms is reserved from June 18-23.

Rate includes local airport shuttle*, hot breakfast buffet, wifi, and in-room microwave and refrigerator. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from our conference venues.

*Shuttle Service to and from the Eugene Airport is available if pre-scheduled during the hours of 7:00am-1:00am. Contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to schedule .

Travel

Airport

The Eugene Airport (EUG) is served by Allegiant Air, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines. In June, United Airlines is adding a direct flight from Chicago.

Train Service

The Amtrak Cascades passenger trains connect Eugene, Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver B.C. on a daily schedule. Free wireless Internet service is available in coach and business class cars on all Amtrak Cascades trains.

The Coast Starlight offers additional service connecting Eugene to West Coast cities on a route from Los Angeles to Seattle. Sleeping cars and a Dining Car are offered so passengers may travel in comfort.

Local Public Transit

The Lane Transit District provides fixed-route bus and rapid transit service throughout Eugene. Day passes cost $3.50.

Taxis are readily available at the Eugene Airport and Amtrak station.
